পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা

Classic Computer Dinajpur customers-এর জন্য সহজ, নিরাপদ এবং convenient Payment Experience নিশ্চিত করার জন্য এই Payment Policy তৈরি করা হয়েছে।

Product Type, Order Value, Delivery Location এবং Payment Method অনুযায়ী payment terms ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

এই Payment Policy-তে Accepted Payment Methods, Order Confirmation, COD, Advance Payment, Payment Verification, Refund এবং Payment Security সম্পর্কিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য দেওয়া হয়েছে।

Order Confirmation

Order confirm করার আগে নিচের বিষয়গুলো verify করা হতে পারে:

Advance Payment Order: Payment পাওয়ার পর order processing শুরু করা হতে পারে।

COD Order: Order confirmation-এর পর delivery processing শুরু করা হতে পারে।

Product Availability: Payment completed হলেও সব সময় final order confirmation নিশ্চিত হয় না। Product availability এবং অন্যান্য বিষয় verify করা হতে পারে।

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD selected products এবং selected locations-এর জন্য available হতে পারে।

Delivery-এর সময় full order amount payment করতে হবে।
High-value বা special order-এর ক্ষেত্রে full/partial advance payment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
Wrong information, customer absence অথবা delivery failure-এর কারণে additional delivery charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
COD availability product এবং location অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

Advance / Partial Payment

কিছু Product বা Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে dispatch করার আগে full অথবা partial advance payment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Advance payment amount এবং payment terms order confirmation-এর সময় customer-কে জানানো হবে।

Payment Verification

Payment verification-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনে নিচের তথ্য চাওয়া হতে পারে:

Warning: Unverified payment-এর কারণে order processing অথবা dispatch hold হতে পারে।

Wrong transaction information দিলে payment verification-এ delay হতে পারে। তাই Transaction ID সংরক্ষণ করুন।

Refund Policy

Refund approved হলে Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী applicable payment method-এর মাধ্যমে refund process করা হবে।

সাধারণত refund processing-এর জন্য ৭–১০ working days সময় লাগতে পারে। Payment provider বা banking process-এর কারণে আরও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।

Customer-এর payment এবং financial information-এর security নিশ্চিত করা আমাদের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অগ্রাধিকার।

আমরা Secure Payment Gateway অথবা Authorized Payment Provider ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করি।

Product Price & Payment Amount

Product Price নিচের বিভিন্ন কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে:

Order confirm করার আগে Product Price, Delivery Charge এবং applicable অন্যান্য charges verify করুন।

Final price order confirmation-এর সময় confirm করা হবে।

Payment-এর পর Order Cancellation বা Modification

Order change বা cancel করা যাবে কিনা তা Product Status এবং Order Processing Stage-এর উপর নির্ভর করবে।

যদি order processing, packed অথবা dispatched হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Stock-out, pricing error অথবা অন্য কোনো unavoidable reason-এর কারণে order fulfill করা সম্ভব না হলে customer-কে জানানো হবে এবং applicable ক্ষেত্রে refund arrange করা হবে।

Failed / Incorrect Payment

Payment failed, pending অথবা incorrect হলে পুনরায় payment করার আগে payment status verify করুন।

Warning: Payment-related কোনো সমস্যা হলে দ্রুত customer support-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

প্রয়োজনে Transaction ID এবং relevant payment information provide করতে হতে পারে।

Payment-এর জন্য Important Security Guidelines

সব সময় official payment information ব্যবহার করুন।
Account / Mobile Number / Payment Details verify করুন।
Transaction ID / Reference সংরক্ষণ করুন।
Suspicious request হলে official channel-এর মাধ্যমে verify করুন।
OTP, PIN, Password, CVV অথবা Card Security Code share করবেন না।
Unknown বা unauthorized instructions follow করবেন না।

Corporate, Business, Educational অথবা Bulk Order-এর জন্য আলাদা payment terms প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
